Rosebank Advisors is an independent consulting practice working at the point where good health products meet the systems meant to deliver them.
We help manufacturers, funders, governments and non-profits move medicines, health services and technologies into the markets that need them most — and are least often designed for. That work spans the full path to access: understanding demand, shaping the evidence and the value case, redesigning how products are procured and financed, pricing for affordability, and building the partnerships that make introduction hold once the launch is over.
Much of it comes down to money and incentives. Getting a product registered is rarely the binding constraint; paying for it year after year usually is. So we work on the financing side as seriously as the clinical one — helping governments unlock fiscal space, aligning what buyers, suppliers and funders are each rewarded for, and putting the savings back into systems that then hold more.
